FBC Estero at Camp Summer 2016

We really enjoy the ongoing relationship with this group and their leaders! The leadership of First Baptist Estero teens are Spirit-led, filled with love and grace and making a real impact in their church and community back in Florida! Inspiring for any who are a part! We thoroughly enjoyed their week with us! Here are just a few pictures:

This was our first week leading archery and it was a hit! Many bulls eyes for them having no or little experience! Team building, solo times, intentional times with our staff, an entire day at the lake including baptisms…

The week was marked by God moving in hearts in personal ways. Here are a few comments from campers about their week:

“I learned how to pray with people.”

“God accepts everyone, no matter how broken we are.”

“I have a father in heaven even though my earthly one had done me wrong.”

“I learned I need to stop focusing on not sinning and focus on Jesus.”

“I think the cabin time was great and very important and the staff did an awesome job leading them.”

“I love the staff and solo time is great.”

“I wish camp was longer.”

We are thankful to witness how God infuses His people with such peace and love because of the freedom and hope He gives. There’s no one like our God!

Thank you First Baptist Estero — for sending your teens, teens — for coming, and all of you — for pouring into each other to bring glory to God! Stay in the eternal vantage point at home!
